founder Brian Button got his start pushing a broom.

At age 14, in the sweltering Northern California summers, he spent 12-hour days sweeping a dusty shop floor. His dad called it work ethic; Brian had a few other words for it (none he’d repeat here).

That same year, watching Big Game commercials—from FedEx to Pepsi—lit a spark in him. “You can make money by coming up with ideas?” This lightbulb moment inspired Brian to pursue a career in creative. After training at the Art Institute of CA (San Diego) and Miami Ad School (SF), he swapped the beat up broom for a brand new laptop, working as a creative director on brands like Armor All, Clorox, Google, Taco Bell, and YouTube at top agencies like AKQA, DDB, and Digitas.

He later transitioned client-side, working with companies like Lyft, DoorDash, and Instacart, where he helped shape, scale, and strengthen each brand.

Looking back, that was the work he loved most:
partnering directly with founders, entrepreneurs, and marketers to build something meaningful from the ground up.

It was those experiences, and the realization that true fulfillment comes from building work that matters, that inspired him to take the leap into entrepreneurship.

Brian walked away from six figures, stock options, and the comfort of corporate success to build something of his own, and to help others do the same.

Today, he brings big-brand expertise to ambitious professionals ready to create work that feels purposeful, meaningful, and fully theirs.

Because success should not come at the cost of fulfillment.
And the work you build should be something you are proud to call your own.

Brian Button regretting to inform his old man that he won’t be returning this summer to sweep the shop.
